Bhutan Prime Minister Lotay Tshering congratulated India for the successful launch of Chandrayaan-3, sayng that the mission displays the nation's vision and commitment to science.
"Even though we started our space journey much later than other countries but those who had landed before us could not procure those findings which Chandrayaan obtained. Now, this Chandrayaan 3 is going to extend those experiments which indicate or hint at the possibility of human habitat

India’s third moon mission, Chandrayaan-3, was successfully launched onboard a Launch Vehicle Mark-3 (LVM-3) rocket from the second launch pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota at 2.35 pm on Friday.

After the successful launch of Chandrayaan-3 on GSLV Mark 3 (LVM 3) heavy-lift launch vehicle on Friday, Director of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) S Somanath said that landing is one important step for further exploration.
