Union minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Friday said that the government will regulate Artificial Intelligence technology in order to ensure that it doesn't harm 'digital citizens'.
"A lot of government properties have been handed over to many institutions belonging to the Sangh Parivar. So, we have to look at all those things, to see if they have been done properly, legally and what we can do on those issues," Karnataka Minister Gundu Rao said.
Artificial Intelligence as a technology in its current form is largely task-oriented and not capable of dealing with a situation where logic and reasoning are needed, said Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar and noted that he does not see any threat to job loss.
