Karnataka Minister Madhu Bangarappa visited the residence of Chandrasekhar, an official of Maharishi Valmiki Corporation, who died by suicide after leaving a note containing an allegation of multi-crore corruption in the corporation.
During the meeting, Chandra urged the Global Fund to continue its support to the TB program to strength the capacities of the public health systems, according to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare press release.

Chandrasekaran (45), a resident of the Kenchappa colony of Vinobanagar was an officer of Maharishi Valmiki Development Corporation and was working in Bengaluru Office.
