Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, on Wednesday participated in Holi celebrations along with Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and the Governor of Gujarat Acharya Devvrat at Raj Bhawan in the state Capital Gandhinagar.
Almost 300 women participated in the International Women's Day celebrations that took place at the MDMK (Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam) headquarters in Egmore, Chennai on Wednesday, the women's wing of MDMK said.
"The idea of a festival of colours is amusing. I heard about it and wanted to experience it myself. We cannot see this kind of celebration anywhere else", said one of them.

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel of 110 BN celebrated the festival of colours, Holi, in the Letpora area of Pulwama in south Kashmir. The jawans smeared colours on each other and danced to the Holi.
