The incident occurred on Saturday morning at 6:50 am, police said. So far, no casualty or injury to anyone has been reported in the incident, police said.
The fire brigade did not respond to the calls made by the Mamlatdar office. The car was burnt before the fire brigade arrived at the scene, claimed sources.
On getting the information about the incident, around half a dozen fire brigades rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control. No casualties were reported, however, goods of approximately Rs 40 lakh were burned in the incident.

A portion of road caves in the Ittamadu area of Bengaluru on Saturday morning due to work being done by Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) and Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) officials, the police said.
"Yesterday we had around 60 injured people, 20 were a little serious and were referred to Rajaji Hospital. 40 others with minor injuries were given first aid. There has been no casualty," said Madurai District Collector Aneesh Sekhar on Jallikattu at Avaniyapuram.
"A low-intensity avalanche hit Sarbal area where the Hyderabad-based Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited (MEIL)'s workshop was being held," officials said.
