The Delhi High Court will hear an application filed by Priya Sachdev Kapur, widow of late businessman Sanjay Kapur, on Thursday, seeking details of his personal assets to be disclosed only under strict confidentiality.
In order to gather leads to locate and apprehend both the accused Sanjit Singh Mavai and Uttam Singh Kushwaha, and to motivate the general public to provide credible information about the accused persons, a cash reward of Rs. 2 lakh against each of them has been declared by CBI.
"Not just in Gujarat, but in Delhi and other parts of the country, such demolition incidents are continuously coming to light. And in many cases, as in Gandhinagar, people had stay orders issued by the courts," Rahul Gandhi said.
