The Supreme Court on Tuesday after a brief hearing said it would hear on January 22 a plea of AIMIM candidate and Delhi riots accused Tahir Hussain seeking interim bail for campaigning ahead of Delhi Assembly polls.
According to the poll body, the deadline for submitting nominations was January 17 while the scrutiny was done on January 18 and the last date of withdrawal was January 20.
