Delhi Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) MLAs has approached the Delhi High Court, seeking direction for the government to send the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) reports to the Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena.
Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena's secretariat has written to the Chief Secretary asking him to take necessary steps to lay all the pending CAG reports during the ensuing Assembly session.
According to an official press note from the Delhi LG, "The AAP government in Delhi is sitting over 11 CAG reports. LG VK Saxena has flagged the inordinate delay by the AAP government in laying these reports in the Delhi Assembly."
