Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday chaired the state Cabinet Meeting that took several important decisions for the welfare of the people and the development of the state.
During the meeting, the Council of Ministers approved to hike the rate of dearness allowance (DA) payable to government employees in the seventh pay scale by 4 percent to 42 percent from January 1, 2023. At present the employees are getting 38 percent DA.
In order to promote industrial activities in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel approved on Wednesday a special investment incentive package for closed and sick industries in the state.
The students will also be provided a stipend for learning the skill under the yojana. The class 12th pass student will be given Rs 8000 a month and an ITI pass student will get Rs 8500 a month. Similarly, diploma students will get a stipend of Rs 9000 and students who have passed graduation
Days after leading a revolt and splitting NCP, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Tuesday said that the majority of party MLAs are with him.
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and his colleagues from NCP have reached Mantralaya in Mumbai for the cabinet meeting. It will be their first cabinet meeting after taking oath as ministers in the BJP-Shiv Sena government in Maharashtra.
