A 72-year-old businessman from Mumbai was duped of ₹58.13 crore in the largest Digital Arrest fraud ever reported in India, leading the Maharashtra Police to bust a scam and arrest seven individuals involved in the racket.
Those arrested have been identified as Rajan alias Sagar (28), a resident of Faizpura in Amritsar, Surinder Singh alias Pali (24), a resident of village Tali Wala in Fazilka and Jagjit Singh (25), a resident of Cheema Kalan in Tarn Taran.
