The death toll in the Doda bus accident in Jammu and Kashmir has reached to 36 while 6 others are said to be critical, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said in a post on X.
"Helicopter service to be arranged for shifting the more injured ones. All possible help, as required being provided. I am in constant touch," Union Minister Jitendra Singh said.
"It's unfortunate to know that such an incident happened. The Delhi government is resolutely standing with the grieving family," according to the Delhi Government's Transport Department statement.
Four people were killed and around seventeen injured after a bus carrying passengers collided with a trolley in Pratapgarh district in the early hours of Saturday.
According to West Agra Deputy Commissioner of Police Somendra Meena, "The incident took place late Sunday night after one of the bus tyres burst at the Agra-Lucknow Expressway. There were 43 passengers onboard the bus."
A total of seven people, including five women, one man, and one child, were killed after a bus coming from Haryana crashed into a ditch in Nainital district, an official said.
