Adheenams of Dharmapuram and Thiruvavaduthurai arrived in New Delhi on Saturday ahead of the inauguration ceremony of the new Parliament building on May 28.
"The statements given by Kharge and Kajriwal have been made intentionally, to
refer to the caste of the President of India with the objective of portraying that PM Narendra Modi and the present Government have deliberately not invited the President for the inauguration of the new Parliament
"This is an issue of sidelining the President of India, who is also the first tribal woman President. Why don't they answer this question?" the Congress General Secretary told ANI.

The Supreme Court on Friday declined to entertain a PIL seeking direction that the new Parliament building should be inaugurated by President Droupadi Murmu on May 28.
"This is a totally undemocratic attitude of the opposition. This is petty politics. I appeal to all political parties to take part in the inaugural ceremony," Bora said.
Speaking on the row over President not being called for inaugurating the new Parliament, he said, "This is an affront to the post of President. We still have time, inauguration must be done by the President."
