Prime Minister Narendra Modi and South African President Matemala Cyril Ramaphosa had a telephone conversation on Saturday and discussed bilateral cooperation including in BRICS.
Though the BRICS member states have expressed their desire to expand the membership of the grouping, there is hardly any appetite within the grouping to include Pakistan, in spite of China's presence.
While not naming Rahul, Jaishankar said, "I may differ strongly with someone but how I counter it ... I would like to go back at home and do it. And watch me when I get back."
