During the BRICS Foreign Ministers' meeting in South Africa's Cape Town on Thursday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met his Indian counterpart S Jaishankar and discussed the topical issues of the bilateral agenda, as well as international and regional problems, were discussed.
