A fire broke out at a furniture godown in Kolkata on Friday, visuals show thick black smoke rising high into the sky. Fire department personnel are battling the blaze while a large group of locals and police officials have gathered to monitor the situation.
According to the Delhi Fire Department, three fire engines along with Delhi Forensics Team arrived at the incident spot, following which the blaze was brought under control. No damage has been reported and cause of fire is yet to be revealed.

According to the Delhi Fire Service, a call regarding the blaze was received at 2:39 AM from the residential quarters of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).
The Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), and local residents are continuously working to control and extinguish the remaining fire, which erupted in Dachhan's Thachna village.
