Speaking to ANI, Jha described it as a "tactic" that wherever the BJP can't win elections, it will not indulge in horse-trading, but destabilise and topple that government through the bill.
"The people have the right to hold elected governments accountable; this bill goes against that. Executive agencies will get a free run to become judge, jury, and executioner themselves. The Chief Minister is removed in the Assembly," Owaisi said.
