The Indian Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava, a large number of yoga enthusiasts on Tuesday performed Yoga in Nepal's Lumbini, the birthplace of Gautama Buddha, ahead of the International Day of Yoga on June 21.
Murmu was sworn in as the 15th President of India in 2022. She is the country's first tribal President and the second woman to be appointed to the top post after Pratibha Patil. She was born on June 20, 1958, in Uparbeda village in the Baidaposi area of Odisha's Rairangpur.

According to the information given by the Union Health Ministry, "During the cyclonic Biparjoy in Gujarat, 1206 pregnant women were safely shifted to different hospitals and health and wellness centers from the affected areas, out of which 707 women gave birth to children."
