Vladivostok [Russia], September 6 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday said there is a need for enhancing trade, commerce and investment with the Russian Far East to achieve the target of 30 billion U.S. Dollars, set for bilateral trade, by the year 2025.
