Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Manoj Kumar Jha expressed confidence in Mahagathbandhan's victory in the Bihar Assembly elections, saying that the State is heading towards a change of regime.
The counting for the Bihar polls across 243 constituencies began at 8 am under tight security arrangements. The postal ballot counting started first which will be followed by EVM counting at 8:30 am.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ajay Alok expressed confidence on Friday that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will return to power in the state.
"We are all confident that this time, the NDA seat tally will be near that of the 2010 elections. NDA is going to form the Government. We will get 200+ seats," Nabin told ANI.
