After clashes between two groups during the Ram Navami celebrations in parts of Bihar, the state police on Sunday said the situation in Nalanda's Biharsharif was completely normal.
"Seven people have been detained and are being interrogated. Search is on for others," Madhubani SP said, adding that further investigation is underway.
Sasaram DM Dharmendra Kumar said, "There was a bomb blast in Sasaram. Injured people were referred to BHU hospital. We're investigating all the angles right now."

Describing the clashes between groups following Ram Navami celebrations in parts of the state, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday said that the incidents are not "natural" and somebody might have done something "unnatural deliberately" to disturb the law and order.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah's visit to Bihar's Sasaram was called off due to section 144 imposed in the area due to clashes between two groups after the Ram Navami celebrations on March 31, state Bharatiya Janata Party chief Samrat Chaudhary said on Saturday.
Over 20 people were arrested after a clash broke out between two groups following a Ram Navami procession, a police official said on Saturday. The police and security personnel are deployed and patrolling the district in wake of the clash.
