Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary hailed the party's victory in the Delhi polls a "victory of development over deception."
Speaking on the occasion, he said that he looks forward to reading the book and benefiting from the wisdom of Nalanda, which was and remains the pride of Bihar.
"If anyone has brought the era of fraudism, then his name is Arvind Kejriwal. He does not believe in the constitution nor does he believe in constitutional institutions," Bihar Deputy CM said.
