As the Bihar Assembly Election 2025 results unfold, BJP MP Manan Mishra expressed strong confidence that the NDA will secure a full majority in the state.
"Even before the elections began, it was said that JD(U) would win around 80 seats. This became possible due to the charismatic leadership of Nitish Kumar. RJD+ sometimes says that they will score a bumper victory in Bihar, but when the results come, they say that the Election Commission
The 2025 Bihar Assembly polls were considered as the litmus test for serving Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. However, Nitish Kumar has managed to steer the politics of Bihar around him in every Bihar election in the past over 20 years.

"I was saying from day 1 that we will have a landslide victory in Bihar. The people of Bihar were always so enthusiastic about this government. The people of Bihar have voted for peace, justice and development," Singh told ANI.
Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and Mahagathbandhan Chief Ministerial candidate Tejashwi Yadav is leading from the Raghopur seat with a margin of 916 votes as of 10.50 am.
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and BJP candidate for the Lakhisarai seat, Vijay Kumar Sinha, on Friday said that the public mandate predicted by the exit polls will translate into results in the Assembly elections.
"As much as I have seen during the campaigning, there needs to be a change in Bihar. It is not appropriate to react to the initial trends. I am confident that the results will be in favour of the Mahagathbandhan," Singh told ANI.
"Trends are just for the start, lets see till the end. We have a hope that a government is formed which will do good for the people of Bihar, that is what we want. It seems that if someone has been given 20 years (to do work), and they can't do so now Mahagathbandhan should get a chance,"
"When you delete 65 lakh voters--mostly from the opposition's voters --what do you expect on result day? Democracy cannot survive if the playing field is tilted before the match even begins," Tagore posted on X.
As early trends showed the ruling NDA leading in the Bihar Assembly elections, Congress leader Udit Raj blamed the Election Commission and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists for his party's poor performance.
