Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Friday asserted if the Congress is re-elected to power in Chhattisgarh, a caste census will be conducted in the state, similar to the one carried out in Bihar.
The Special Task Force of Kolkata Police, in a joint operation with its counterparts in Bihar, on Thursday unearthed an illegal improvised active firearms (Pistol) manufacturing unit operating in Gaya.

The incident was reported from Tehwara of Katra police station area, in the district. The deceased have been identified as 7-year-old Soni Kumari and 36-year-old Ramprasad Sahni.
"Today Sanjay Singh has been arrested, and I have also heard that the fifth summons has been sent to Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren. Wherever the regional party is doing a good job, the BJP is causing them trouble and taking action," Yadav said.
