The Election Commission of India on Tuesday told the Supreme Court that final electoral list in the recently-concluded Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar has been notified and most of the names added in final list are of new voters and few old voters.
Speaking to ANI on Tuesday, Sahni said, "Everything on seat sharing has been finalised internally. Perhaps tomorrow evening we will hold a press conference and give information."
