Congress has constituted a Central War Room for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections which comprises the organisational war room and a communication war room, an official statement issued by the party said on Saturday.

The Congress, on Thursday, renamed Rahul Gandhi's yatra 2.0, from January 14, as the 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra', saying that they would invite all leaders in the INDIA bloc join the march wherever they can.
"Congress has indulged in a lot of corruption in the country; they have destroyed the North-East. Rahul Gandhi is organising a Yatra in the northeast, similar to the Bharat Jodo Yatra. But they are the ones who have divided India," Bhabesh Kalita said.

Hitting out at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Nyay Yatra, Union Minister Ramdas Athawale said that Rahul Gandhi did the Bharat Jodo Yatra but his goal was not to "unite" the country but to "pull it apart."
"They can take out any yatra they want to... When they took out the Bharat Jodo Yatra, they lost all the elections. Let us see what they lose after the Bharat Nyay Yatra," Singh said.
With the ensuing Lok Sabha elections on sight, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will embark on another Yatra -- Bharat Nyay Yatra -- from East to West next month, party leader KC Venugopal said on Wednesday.
After the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting, Congress leader KC Venugopal on Thursday said that CWC unanimously adopted the resolution to fight the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections both as a party in its own right and also as a member of the INDIA group.
