Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Thursday flagged off the Bharat Jodo Yatra from Banka district of Bihar. Speaking on the occasion, Kharge lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra and said that Congress has saved the Constitution for the last 70 years.
