The 23-year-old accused, Gautam Kumar was a prime accused in a murder case over a money dispute in Delhi's Bhalswa Dairy and was absconding for more than three months.
The dismembered body recovered from the Bhalswa drain in the national capital on Saturday has not been identified yet, the Delhi Police sources said adding that the police will now send the DNA sample to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) for its identification.
Police sources added that they suspects were to receive Rs 50 lakh on killing the first target, Rs 1 crore for taking out the second and Rs 1.5 crore for eliminating the third.
Incidentally, the recovery was made near the house of the two accused, Naushad and Jagjit Singh, who were arrested under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
The Special cell of the Delhi police arrested the two -- identified as Jagjit Singh (29) and Naushad (56) -- on Thursday. They were produced before the Patiala House Court on Friday and sent to police remand for 14 days.
