The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested 11 more accused in the conspiracy relating to the communal violence that took place during Ram Navami celebrations in West Bengal in March last year, the agency said on Tuesday.
"The Special Report outlines deliberate violations of the legal procedures by the West Bengal Government and its officials, who are themselves entrusted with the responsibility of protecting the rights of children and working in their best interests," it said.
