Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav on Friday took a swipe at the Centre over the survey at the BBC offices and alleged that the BJP is misusing the Central agencies and also attempting to make India a country of Nathuram Godse.
The Income Tax Department gathered several evidences pertaining to the BBC India's operation which indicated that taxes were not paid on "certain remittances" which have not been disclosed as income in India by the foreign entities of the group.
Income Tax-related surveys at British public broadcaster BBC's India offices continued for the third day and employees working with the media house were asked not to "delete" any data until it is on, sources said.
