The 38-year-old left-hander hung up his cricketing boots in 2019, the same year when he also lifted the Caribbean Premier League trophy with Paarl Royals' partner franchise, the Barbados Royals (then known as Barbados Tridents).
The 25-year-old has switched sides this season and will be featuring for the Barbados Royals, a team he also represented in the inaugural season of THE 6IXTY, which wrapped up on Sunday.

The Barbados-based team had earlier announced Trevor Penney as the Head Coach, and has today revealed that former Barbadian fast bowler Roddy Estwick as the side's Lead Assistant Coach, while former Jamaican pacer Andrew Richardson will be Team Manager and Assistant Coach
