The Supreme Court on Wednesday directed to provide security to Bar Council of India members after it suspended the licence of lawyers who resorted to vandalism during the strikes in Odisha and also called for stringent action against the erring advocates allegedly involved in the violence.
The court imposed some conditions on Sharma, one of which was that he shall neither leave the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the court nor shall he indulge in any kind of criminal activity.
