Pakistan Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar on Monday again failed to appear before the Islamabad High Court (IHC) in a case of missing Baloch students, as reported by Dawn.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar for the third time on Monday concerning the case of missing Baloch students. The court adjourned today's hearing until February 28
This marks the second summons for PM Kakar by the IHC. The last summons occurred on November 29, 2023, in response to a case filed by Advocate Imaan Mazari.
The court summoned Anwaarul Haq Kakar as Islamabad High Court's Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani resumed hearing a petition regarding the implementation of the recommendations of the Commission of Inquiry on enforced disappearances.
Taking to X, Mehrang Baloch said, "Aslam, Hammal and Bahadur chakar are Baloch students, who have been abducted from hoshap and Tajaban, their family members have blocked the CPEC route."
