Hindu activist Srikanth Pujari, whose arrest triggered a political controversy in Karnataka, was granted bail by a court in Hubballi on Friday, with BJP claiming that there was no case and Pujari was arrested in accordance with the "anti-Hindu policies" of the Congress.
Shrikanth Pujari's advocate, Sanjeev Badasaka, while speaking to media personnel about the court order, said that Pujari will be released on bail by tomorrow evening.

The high court initiated the proceedings in relation to some tweets against former Justice S Murlidhar of Delhi High Court, who passed an order quashing the order or house arrest and transit remand of activist Gautam Navlakha and granted him bail in the Bhima Koregaon case.
