BJP MP from Fatehpur Sikri (UP) and National President of the BJP Kisan Morcha, Rajkumar Chahar urged the Central government to honor Indian heroes who fought against the Mughals by renaming roads in their names and replace Mughal names which they are currently bearing.
Speaking to ANI, Mahawar said, "Babur was cruel, who made a structure in his name after destroying Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and changed the city's name to Faizabad. He cannot be our hero. If you want to rename cities in the name of Muslims, name them after people like APJ Abdul Kalam, Ashfaqull
This comes after Suman sparked controversy with his statement on Rana Sanga, a 16th-century Rajput king, calling him a "traitor" for allegedly bringing Babur, the founder of the Mughal dynasty, to defeat Ibrahim Lodi.
"I came to the police station as an FIR was registered against our Shiv Sainiks... The said studio is illegal... False remarks are made against PM Modi and several others over there. It should be investigated why someone would support an illegal studio like that," Sarnaik said.
