Baba Siddiqui, a former Maharashtra minister who resigned from the Congress party on Thursday, will join the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Saturday, Deputy CM Ajit Pawar said.
The former CM was also spotted filling colours in the party's symbol (lotus) on a wall along with writing the slogan 'Ek Baar Phir Se Modi Sarkar' below it.
Speaking to the reporters here, the former minister said that it is better to step aside when things are not done despite keeping forth your views time and again.
