Mumbai Police have brought their sniffer dog to Saif Ali Khan's Bandra home where he was attacked by an intruder last night leaving him with stab injuries.
Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday slammed Hindenburg Research after it announced its disbanding, alleging that the US-based short seller's report was 'supari' taken against India's rising economic power.
The attack on Saif Ali Khan took place at the 'Satguru Sharan' building, where he resides. According to police reports, the intruder initially had a confrontation with Khan's maid. As the actor intervened to defuse the situation, the intruder became aggressive, resulting in a scuffle.
"Shocked to hear about the attack on Saif Ali Khan. Wishing him a speedy recovery and strength to his family during this difficult time," AAP chief posted on X.
"An area which has the highest concentration of celebrities, which is supposed to have adequate security. If celebrities are not safe then who in Mumbai is? Wishing Saif Ali Khan a speedy recovery," the tweet added.
In a disturbing incident late Wednesday night, actor Saif Ali Khan was injured during a scuffle with an intruder at his residence in Mumbai's Bandra area.
Actor Saif Ali Khan is currently undergoing treatment at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai after sustaining injuries during an attack by an intruder at his residence.
