The Ministry of Coal has welcomed the landmark decisions taken at the 56th meeting of the GST Council held in New Delhi, which have brought significant changes to the taxation structure of the coal sector, a press release from the Ministry of Coal said.
Calling this Navratri "very special," the Prime Minister said that the festival had coincided with the GST Savings Festival, which would further boost the idea of promoting Indian products.
Speaking to the reporters, CM Fadnavis stated that the "bold" step taken by the PM Narendra Modi-led Union Government will reduce the prices of daily-use products. He also considered the step as a massive boost to the Indian economy and the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
He also said that if 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' and 'Make in India' were actually implemented on the ground, then the situation would not have been so "chaotic".
