The north Indian hill state Himachal Pradesh took a major leap in advanced healthcare on Monday with the launch of a robot-assisted surgical facility at the Atal Institute of Medical Super Specialities, Chamiana, Shimla.
Following the directions of the Chief Minister, the robotic surgery equipment will soon be delivered to Dr Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College, Tanda as well.
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Thursday inaugurated the In-Patient Department (IPD) services at the Atal Institute of Medical Super Specialities (AIMSS) at Chamiyana near Shimla.
