The Supreme Court of India on Monday listed the matter on Friday, November 10 hearing on the Punjab government's plea against the governor for delaying granting assent to bills.
The Kerala government has moved a writ petition in the Supreme Court against Governor Arif Mohammed Khan for the inaction on his part to eight bills passed by the state legislature and presented to Governor for his assent under Article 200 of the Constitution.
