The Supreme Court after granting bail to Kejriwal in Delhi Excise Policy set certain limitations like barring him from entering the CM office and signing files.
This came in the wake of a recent Punjab and Haryana High Court directive in the Mahmoud Pracha vs ECI case, where the court ordered the sharing of all documents related to the Haryana Assembly elections, including CCTV footage under Rule 93(2) of the Conduct of Election Rules, 1961.

The amendment restricts public scrutiny of certain electronic documents, including CCTV footage, based on a recommendation from the ECI. The Union Law Ministry recently amended Rule 93(2) to specify which documents are open to public inspection.
"The roads here are in shambles. Under the AAP government, people are facing issues with water, electricity and drainage. Delhi does not want excuses from the AAP anymore but looks ahead for a change and needs a BJP-led government," Bansuri Swaraj said.

Arvind Kejriwal on Friday accused the BJP of conspiring to delete the names of Purvanchalis from electoral rolls ahead of the Delhi Assembly election due in February.
Kejriwal also alleged that BJP President JP Nadda had compared Purvanchalis living in Delhi to Rohingyas in Parliament. He said that the AAP will not allow the deletion of names from the voters' list.
