In a run-up to the state assembly polls, the Congress party on Saturday vowed to pass a new Bill that guarantees to protect the land and rights of the tribal people of Mizoram.
Sharma made the remark in view of Congress party talking to report a complaint to election commission about hoardings of construction of Ram Mandir temple put up in Bhopal while addressing a press conference here on Saturday.
