The Bihar government organised a one-day workshop, "Bihar Food Sector Industry Meet," in Patna on Wednesday, with the aim of inviting major food sector industries from across India to provide skill training to the youth of Bihar.
The manifesto was jointly released by Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, who is the leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Assembly and other leaders.
"This meeting (being) attended by the same Congress leaders who have continuously insulted Bihar and its people and made derogatory remarks," Malviya posted on X.
Congress leader Sachin Pilot on Wednesday said the people of Bihar want change and expressed confidence that the party will form the government with a clear majority in the upcoming Assembly elections.
"The CWC meeting is happening after years in Bihar. Rahul Gandhi and others have worked diligently to bring about change. Bihar needs change. It is very clear," Khurshid told reporters.
"This is a historic CWC (Congress Working Committee) meeting in a historic state, and historic decisions will be made," Khera said while speaking to reporters.
