Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday launched the second phase of cheque distribution to members of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) under the 'Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan' at a public rally in Assam's Nalbari district.

Assam Chief Minister on Friday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his visit to the state on September 8, will inaugurate a bio-refinery in Numaligarh and lay down the foundation of multiple development projects.
