Unit 3 of the Mumbai Crime Branch nabbed the 45-year-old near Mumbai Central Railway Station on Wednesday. Crime Branch officials recovered a country-made pistol and live cartridges from the accused.
HM Rehman said, "It was peaceful here today. There was disturbance at only one place. A few women were sloganeering; they were spoken to. No further arrests were made today. In connection with yesterday's incident, 10 people were arrested and presented before the court."
The arrested accused has been identified as Yogesh Agarwal, the Superintendent of Central Goods and Service Tax (CGST) of Rudrapur Division in Udham Singh Nagar district in Uttarakhand.
