R Ashoka, Leader of the Opposition in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, on Wednesday, slammed the Siddaramaiah government for the arrest of a kar sevak (volunteer) in Hubballi, saying that the situation in the state is such that one is sent to jail for chanting 'Jai Sri Ram'.
