The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on Saturday revoked the Stage-IV of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi and adjoining areas after the air quality improved from 'severe' to 'very poor' category.
According to Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Sumit Sood, "The incident took place late on Friday night. The businessman identified as Sambhav Jain was kidnapped from Laddu Colony under police station Basti Jodhewal area at around 8.15 pm."
The statement emphasizes that TDR generation within the Dharavi Notified Area (DNA) was sanctioned by the Government Resolution (GR) of 2018, with subsequent modifications in the GR of 2022.
According to Fire Officer, Prashant Singh, "The blaze broke out in the warehouse of a transport company in Basni area. Within no time the flames gutted the entire warehouse down."
Among the 5000 Myanmar refugees who are now taking shelter in six refugee camps in Zokhawthar area in Mizoram's Champhai district, which is located along the Indo-Myanmar border, there are many women and children who are living in makeshift tents in the camps.
