The subcommittee of the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has decided to impose curbs across the Delhi-NCR region with immediate effect under Stage-III of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP-3), due to deterioration in air quality in the national capital, said a CAQM release.
