Based on information from the Border Security Force (BSF) Intelligence wing about the presence of a drone in the border area of Amristar, BSF troops on Wednesday carried out an intensive search operation at the area successfully recovering a drone from the area adjacent to the village Rattan
BSF and Punjab police, in a joint operation, recovered a drone along with narcotics from a farming field in Amritsar on Friday night, BSF said in a press release.
"We will try to bring Tejpal's body to his home so that the family can see their son's face for the last time. Tejpal Singh has legally joined the Russian army. The Punjab government will take every possible effort to provide financial assistance to the family...," Dhaliwal said.
"In an intelligence-based operation Amritsar Rural Police solves Tarn Taran Church Case with the arrest of Jaswinder Singh @ Munshi and recovery of one illegal 9mm pistol along with 02 live cartridges," the Punjab Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav said in a post on 'X'.
The Border Security Force (BSF) intercepted a Pakistani drone on the outskirts of Ghoga village in Amritsar district of Punjab, an official statement said.
Taranjit Sandhu said, "I thank all the workers of BJP and the people of Amritsar city who entrusted their faith in me. If any BJP worker or any person wants to meet me, I will be there for them at my Amritsar residence. I will stay here in Amritsar and keep working for the people."
