Congress leader Pawan Khera on Tuesday launched a scathing attack, calling the Central government a "complete failure" following 360 kgs of explosives recovered in Haryana's Faridabad.

The Defence Minister expressed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the blast that claimed eight lives and left several others injured.
Following the explosion, Shah directed a multi-agency investigation involving the NIA, National Security Guard (NSG), Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), and Delhi Police to determine the cause, nature, and source of the explosives.
