The Supreme Court on Tuesday set October 3 to hear the petition relating to challenge to Allahabad High Court order which transferred to itself all the pleas relating to Mathura's Krishna Janambhoomi land dispute
The notification issued in this regard stated that, in exercise of the power conferred by the Constitution, the President, after consultation with Chief Justice, is pleased to appoint the Additional Judges of Allahabad High Court as Permanent Judges in that High Court.
